Personalysis Fundamentals (virtual or onsite)
Personalysis Fundamentals is our core certification program. It offers a comprehensive overview of the Personalysis system along with tips and tools to help you quickly begin using the Personalysis Profile. This program consists of an intensive program facilitated by a Personalysis Master Trainer. The program blends theory and practice to help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to begin using Personalysis with clients. After successfully completing the requirements of this program, you will be certified to administer and interpret Personalysis profiles, access client results, and participate in practitioner learning events to help you sharpen and deepen your skills. You will also have access to materials and tools to use with individuals and teams.
Application Process
Personalysis applications include team building and team effectiveness programs, executive and leadership development, team coaching, and individual coaching. The certification programs are designed for experienced individuals doing similar work independently or inside organizations. Most practitioners have previous experience working with personality instruments and other assessments and tools. To ensure a productive learning experience for you and others in the session, we ask that you contact us to discuss your learning goals and previous experience prior to enrolling in the program.
